AdviceSpace offers two spacious rooms for meetings or training events.  Equipped to the highest standards with audio-visual equipment, these rooms are perfect for meetings where you need a central location and friendly service.  A dedicated member of staff will make sure that your event runs smoothly, and we can provide lunch and other refreshments to suit your budget.

With facilties for up to 30 people, both rooms benefit from natural light and air-conditioning.

The David Livesey Room

A spacious south-facing room for up to 30 people.  Audio-visual equipment includes: 

• interactive whiteboard
• built-in widescreen projection equipment
• TV, DVD and video facilities
• 10 wi-fi enabled laptops
• Conferencing facilities
• Flipchart

The room also has a self-service multi-drinks station.

Prices from £200 per day + VAT for NFP organisations/£300 + VAT per day for commercial organisations

The Ian Cowley Room

 

The perfect solution for the smaller training event or meeting, the Ian Cowley Room is suitable for up to 12 people Boardroom style.  There is a TV, DVD, digital projector, OHP, flipchart and 10 wi-fi enabled laptops.

Prices from £150 per day + VAT for NFP organisations/£200 + VAT per day for commercial organisations
