The Advicehub Partnership is continuing to build on its past work, improving people’s access to advice services by creating effective communication and streamlining the “advice process”. Not-for-profit advice providers and other voluntary and statutory organisations are working together to improve access to advice so more hard-to-reach people can access the right advice, from the right provider in the right place at the right time. We are working with advice agencies from all over Cambridgeshire to create an improved advice service for everyone in our community by:
- Introducing a new “Advice Map” to streamline the signposting and referral process between Partners;
- Increasing the number of organisations introducing Information Assistants to help people access the advice they need quickly through digital means;
- Building upon existing Advicehub infrastructure and introducing more digital advice points.
Current Advicehub partners include:
Arthur Rank Hospice
Cambridge & District Citizens Advice Bureau
Cambridge Women’s Resource Centre
John Huntingdon Charity
North Herts Citizens Advice Bureau
Richmond Fellowship (Employment)
The Advicehub partnership currently incudes the follo Review our evaluation report for the first three years of the Advicehub project: Advicehub Evaluation – Summary May 2013
