A key aim of the Advicehub project is to improve professional advice skills throughout the sector, making sure that people receive the most up to date and relevant information they need to resolve their difficulties

Our programme of practical training for people working in advice-giving organisations in Cambridgeshire focuses on main enquiry topics, improving advisers’ skills and broadening their knowledge of the sector.

Over 400 advice professionals have attended Advicehub courses over the past year, on topics including

- Unplugging the Benefits System
- Understanding Disability Benefits
- An Update on Consumer Law
- Debt Management
